No, I need to be place on a volunteer boat. Boat placement is dependent on boat captain captain availability. Youth angler placement on a boat is on a first come, first served basis.

Parental/Guardian Responsibility:
I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, acknowledge that I am fully responsible for the supervision, safety, and well-being of my child throughout the duration of the event. I understand and accept the inherent risks associated with fishing activities and with my child being on or near a boat.

Assumption of Risk:
I acknowledge that participation in this event, including boating and fishing, involves risks of injury or harm, including but not limited to falls, water accidents, or injuries from fishing equipment. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of my child and myself.

Boat Captain Responsibility:
If I am serving as a boat captain, I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the safety, supervision, and care of any child participant on my boat during the event. I understand and accept the risks involved in having a child on board and agree to take all necessary precautions to ensure their safety.

Release of Liability:
In consideration of my child's participation in this event, I release and hold harmless The Ike Foundation®, its officers, directors, sponsors, volunteers, and event organizers from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or harm occurring during or resulting from this event.
