The Ike Foundation has provided donations to various groups that align with our mission for 2026. Please check our social media pages for updates and to see the recipients of our recent donation awards. At this time, we are no longer accepting new donation requests.

The Ike Foundation® is excited to continue supporting organizations that align with our mission to get more kids fishing and in the outdoors!

Please read the guidelines and request schedule below very carefully before submitting your application.

Donation Guidelines

Fishing gear donations are available for youth-centered programs and events that align with the mission of The Ike Foundation®. Our priority is to support programs that offer ongoing fishing education and foster a lasting appreciation for nature and conservation.

Priority Consideration Will Be Given To:

– Programs teaching kids fishing skills, habitat awareness, and environmental stewardship
– Nonprofits, civic groups, and youth-based organizations with educational programming
– Organizations serving underserved youth, particularly in urban communities

Due to limited resources, please note:
We cannot fulfill requests for auction baskets, raffle items, or one-time prize giveaways and we cannot honor requests for “everyone takes home a rod”.

About Our Mission

The mission of Ike Foundation® is to connect underserved boys and girls with fishing, fostering a passion for nature and outdoor activities. Our hands-on programs provide positive outlets for personal growth, help build confidence and encourage a lifelong commitment to conservation and protecting our natural environment.

Please take a moment to review our procedures for Fishing Gear Requests:

Fishing gear and grant requests will be reviewed three times a year on the schedule listed, below. You will be notified of our decision within one week of each deadline. Please allow four weeks for delivery.

February, March, April: All requests for this period must be received by January 1^st.

May, June, July: All requests for this period must be received by April 1^st.

August, September, October: All requests for this period must be received by July 1^st.

We are unable to provide autographs or other items for events outside of this mission. Unfortunately, we cannot supply items to every benefit or fundraiser due to the sheer number of worthy causes.
