THE IKE FOUNDATION® SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY

Open to residents of the United States and D.C. (excluding Rhode Island), 18 years of age and older as of March 13, 2026, except for employees of The Ike Foundation® (“Sponsor”), the employees of Professional Edge Fishing, Inc. (“Administrator”), and each of their directors, officers, members, managers, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.

2. DRAWING; PUBLICITY

A random drawing will be conducted on or about September 1, 2026 by Administrator. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received and each entrant’s chance of winning is calculated as the amount of entries submitted by the applicable entrant, divided by the total amount of entries received, represented as a percentage.

The potential winner will be notified by mail or by phone at the address or phone number provided in the Entry Form. The potential winner must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release or such other document as requested by Administrator within 14 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner.

All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of the winner and the winner will be required to fill out an IRS Form 1099-MISC, which will be provided by Administrator once the prize has been deemed accepted by the winner.

By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters. Administrator hereby reserves the right to alter these Official Rules, with or without notification to entrants, in its sole and exclusive discretion.

Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner’s name, image and likeness for marketing purposes in any reproduction including, without limitation, photographs and video and audio recordings, without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law.

Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, or postage due entries; lost, late, or misdirected prize notices; or any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes.

In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Administrator cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Administrator, at the Administrator’s sole discretion. All federal, state and local laws apply.

3. PRIZE

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the winner will receive Mike Iaconelli’s #Dirty30 Bassmaster Elite Series Tournament Boat, a 2025 BassCat Puma powered by a Yamaha V6 VMAX SHO® 250 horsepower engine.

Total prize value: $100,000

No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value

All prizes will be awarded

If a potential winner is disqualified, an alternate winner will be selected.

The winner must pick up the prize in New Jersey at a location designated by the Administrator.

4. DISCLAIMER; LIABILITY; INDEMNIFICATION

By entering the sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge and agree that they assume all risks and release the Promotion Parties from any and all claims, known or unknown.

The Promotion Parties are not liable for any damages related to participation or prize use. The prize is provided “as is” without warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Entrants agree to indemnify and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees.

Certain limitations may not apply in some jurisdictions.

5. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM

All matters are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

State courts in Gloucester County, NJ
