The Ike Foundation’s Youth/High School Tournament Trail made its third stop on Saturday, June 28th, visiting the Salem County DoD Ponds in Penns Grove, NJ. Despite a hot and humid morning, the young anglers—ranging in age from 9 to 17—showed up ready to compete and enjoy a day on the water.
With the support of 10 boats, the tournament provided a great opportunity for youth anglers to test their skills in a real tournament setting. A huge thank you goes out to the volunteer boat captains who generously donated their time, boats, and knowledge to help these young competitors experience the sport of bass fishing.
